Refund policy

We always keep our consumer at the first place and want to make sure that you should with full confidence know Mahal Mart team are there to help.

Change of mind - Before receiving delivery

We allow you to cancel or modify your orders anytime before orders are dispatched for delivery. You can simply contact us and we are more than happy to help you with your changes. Please visit our Customer Service page to find different ways to contact us.


Change of mind - After receiving delivery

Received a product but don't want it anymore? Surely, not a problem. Simply return the product to our warehouse within 10days of receiving it to get a full refund on the items returned. This can be returned to any of our warehouse, alternatively you can post it back to us on our warehouse address. We always request you to contact us at info@mahalmart.com.au or call us on 1300 528 698 prior to visiting our warehouse. Upon receiving the items, our team will process a refund and notify you.


Damage and issues

We make sure the products are not damaged before dispatch but if you see any damage/issues in your order or received the wrong item, please contact us at info@mahalmart.com.au or call us on 1300 528 698 immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returning perishable goods - Fresh, Refrigerated or Frozen

Certain goods need to kept in special conditions to ensure we’re not compromising with their quality. This mainly cover fresh goods such as bakery made, refrigerated dairy products or any products required to be frozen. We request that you return these back with the driver itself if you’ve changed your mind on perishable goods. For food safety purposes we would not be able to take back the product afterwards.


Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Returning the product

To avoid the hassle of returning a product to us, we highly recommend you give this back to the driver at the time of delivery. However, if you change you mind at a later stage, you have up to 10 days, from the time it’s delivered, to deliver them back to us. Any extra cost incurred while returning the product will be borne by the customer. However, in cases where it’s a faulty product we are there to help. Simply contact our team at info@mahalmart.com.au or call us on 1300 528 698 and we will assist we organizing a return at no extra cost.


Exchanges

If you are returning products to warehouse and meet our team then we can exchange instantly, otherwise make a separate purchase and we will proceed with full refund of the product you want to exchange.
